Now I know these are old news and there are many a post about this however when I woke up this morning, I picked up my Revlon Colourburst Lip Butter in Sweet Tart and thought, why not share my love for these on my blog? So I am!

I have five colours, Raspberry Pie, Macaroon, Sweet Tart, Tutti Frutti and Candy Apple. I got them on a Revlon offer at £5 each in Boots a few months ago. The lip butters are what they say on the pack, a nice thick moisturising butter that feel smooth and not sticky. These lipsticks are certainly a go-to for those cold winter months when you want a hydrating colour! They are surprisingly pigmented however some colours are sheerer than others. I think my favourite colours are Macaroon (perfect everyday brown-pink) and Tutti Frutti (because I love me some coral!)

Revlon have many more colours to choose from if none of these colours take your fancy, they are a nice pop of hydrating colour, a very easy lipstick to wear! You can buy them from most drugstores such as Boots or Superdrug or online here (keep an eye out for those offers!)

Have you tried the Revlon Lip Butters?
What's your favourite colour?
After a two hour Spanish seminar I had planned on heading into town to collect my newly fixed laptop (YAY, I am finally typing on my laptop and not Patrick's computer!!!!!!!!!) I thought, no spending! But then  thought, "ooh, you know what I haven't tried yet? I haven't tried any of the topshop cream blushes and I only have two cream blushes, I must go get one immediately!". And so I bought it... and much, much more.

I decided to buy the cream blush in Head Over Heels which is a lovely coral colour. These blushes are in a cream-to-powder formula and blend like a dream... there's nothing worse than a blush that won't blend! I find that the RT Stippling Brush gives a very natural finish with this blush!

I bought three nail polishes Nice 'N' NeutralCelestial and Eclipse

Do you like Topshop make-up? Which is your favourite product?
MAC Archie's Girl is a new limited-edition collection based on the Archie and the Gang Comics. The collection is split into three; Archie's Girls, Veronica and Betty.

At first glance I had the suspicion that I was a Veronica, I have dark hair and lean more towards a darker lip. When choosing my purchases however I decided to dabble in all areas, picking the products which I was more drawn to and the shades I prefer.

I chose my final products after spending perhaps an hour on Temptalia choosing what she rated as the best quality products from my choice of items. What I ended up buying was this; two Lipsticks (Ronnie Red and Oh Oh Oh), a Lipglass (Strawberry Malt), a Face Powder (Flatter Me) and finally two Pearlglide Eyeliners (Petrol Blue and Lord it Up).

Veronica Lipstick Ronnie Red
A classic Matte red, real staying power and a nice bright almost pink-strawberry red!

Veronica Lipglass Strawberry Malt
A classic strawberry coloured lip glass with no glitter, leaves a nice juicy, almost jelly like gloss on the lips. Perfect on its own or paired on top of Ronnie Red Lipstick.

This lipstick is a chameleon lipstick, it will look different on all lips! It swatches as a plummy-brown with gold glitter. On my lips it is a little bit plummy but quite a natural brown colour, not too brown though and has a nice golden glittery sheen.

Pearlglide Intense Eyeliner in Petrol Blue and Pearlglide Intense Eyeliner in Lord it Up
Both supersoft pencils, they look great in the water line or smudged out as an eyeshadow! Fantastically pigmented, with small glitter particles.

Petrol Blue, Lord it Up
Petrol Blue, Lord it Up.

Archie's Girls Pearlmatte Face Powder in Flatter Me
A beautiful peachy shade, similar to MAC's Limited Edition Shell Pearl, however NOT a dupe. If you like peach shades then this is just divine!

Remember, these are limited edition products in limited edition packaging so buy them online or in store before they sell out! (Several of the items shown have sold out online)

Have you tried any of the new collection? What's your favourite?
