When we hear the word Summer we think heat, cocktails and bronze. The usual topic is bronzers however I have been loving more bronze on the lids than on the rest of the face as it frames the eyes and gives your makeup a summery look. This Summer Bronze edit contains only liners and cream shadows so that you can create this look quickly and on-the-go for some instant summer glamour. I have picked four bronze eye products that are all creamy and easy to use but will last through those warm summer evenings... plus there is one to suit every taste, skin tone and eye colour.

The Cool Bronze

For those who prefer cooler toned browns (cool skinned ladies, cool tones look awesome on you) or want a true bronze shade, the By Terry Ombre Blackstar in Bronze Moon is perfect for you. It is a super creamy, easy to blend formula that you can wear on the lids or in the waterline. It sets on the lids so you can be sure that this will last without looking patchy. 

The Warm Bronze

If you prefer a warmer brown or have blue eyes (even though all eye colours look beautiful in warm browns) then the Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon in Amber Haze is the one. It is a warm toned brown with gold glitter speckled throughout. This is a cream eyeshadow stick that is long lasting and again can be worn on the lids or in the waterline. If you do have sensitive eyes then please do not wear this on the waterline as it will irritate the eyes.

The Dark Bronze

If you want a more intense look or to define the eyes the Anastasia Covet Waterproof liner in Gilded is perfect as it is creamy but dries down so that you can use it as a liner, in the waterline or as an eyeshadow. It is a very deep, golden brown so will look great on all skin tones and eye shades as it warms the eyes, giving a bronzed effect.

The Red Bronze

This one goes out to my green eyed ladies, the Rimmel Scandaleyes in Bronze is a beautiful copper-y bronze. This really warms the eyes and gives an almost sunset effect when blended around the lash line. This again can be used as liner or eyeshadow and is the perfect accompaniment to sunshine and cocktails.
